Shipping
Product despatch lead times are indicative only for each specific type of product. Actual delivery time will vary according to local delivery times within your country or destination.
If our expected despatch date varies significantly to our indication we will endeavour to notify you. If we cannot deliver the products to the address specified on your order for any reason (other than if we are at fault), we will endeavour to notify you. If you wish for us to re deliver the products to you, you will need to authorise a charge to your specified credit/debit card or commercial credit account for an additional delivery fee.
Delivery charges will be payable depending on the destination of the order, and are indicated on your online order cart.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted if a written request by email to info@bandsawsupplies.com.au has been accepted by Bandsaw Supplies and a returns number has been issued to you. If the Product is faulty before use i.e. wrong type, size or shows a weld failure due to our fault we will replace or repair at our cost.
(Australian purchases) The freight cost for the return to us will be covered to the same price that you were charged for the items to be delivered. Purchases from outside Australia need to apply for the current policy for overseas returns.
Items that meet the order specification you placed will not be accepted as these items are made especially for your order. |
